The College & Career Ministry at Mid-Way is made up of diverse individuals, ranging from 18-29, who have embarked on the incredible adventure to discover and fulfill their God-given purpose. The College & Career Ministry exists to build mature believers in the Lord, to equip them to minister to the church body and to reach the lost for Christ.

We Accomplish these goals three ways:

• Fellowship Activities
• Opportunities of service
• Challenging them to reach the lost for Christ

A main focus of our ministry is to encourage one another to live lives that will honor Christ. We do this by building healthy relationships with those who are striving for the same goals and by showing Christ’s love through our actions. Christ said in John 13:35, “By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.”
